MEREWETHER Out of School Hours Care (OOSH)
Merewether Public School offers an onsite Out of School Hours (OOSH) service for families and children from the school community.
The goal of Merewether OOSH is to provide the highest quality of care by creating a happy, safe and relaxed environment for all children. Qualified staff at Merewether OOSH understand that each child has unique talents, learning styles and personalities and are committed to ensure optimal social, emotional, physical and physiological needs are met. Activities provided at Merewether OOSH are stimulating, engaging and fun while providing meaningful learning experiences for all children. Such activities include: fine motor based arts and craft, outside gross motor sport, computer technology, cooking classes, multi-cultural based activities targeting diversity, as well as social development activities emphasising anti-bullying, fair play and self-esteem. Children are also provided with healthy and delicious breakfast and afternoon tea options daily.
Our Merewether OOSH service keeps to the national standard for teacher/student ratio.
HOURS and FEES
Before School Care
7:00am - 8:30am
$9.00 permanent per session
$10.00 casual per session
After School Care
3:00pm - 6:00pm
$15.00 permanent per session
$ 16.00 casual per session
